摘要 研究了锅盐中温耐磨磷化工艺,通过正交试验确定了适宜的添加剂及磷化工艺,并测定了磷化膜的耐磨性和耐蚀性等性能,其摩擦系数很小,磷化温度可降低到70℃,还测定了磷化液的特性,磷化液容易维护和调整。 Phosphating technology of wear resistant manganese salt at medium temperature is inves-tigated and proper additives and process are defined by means of orthogonal test. Properties of phos-phating film such as wear and corrosion resistances are also tested. It has very low abrasion coeffi-cient and phosphating temperature can be as low as 70℃ Behavior of phosphating bath, esp. easy tomaintain and adjust, is also presented.
