摘要
以4,4′-二(4-硝基苯氧基)二苯醚为原料,经过Fe粉还原法合成一种制备聚酰亚胺的单体芳香二胺4,4′-二(4-氨基苯氧基)二苯醚.考察了硝基化合物与Fe粉的摩尔比、反应温度以及反应时间对产物收率的影响,优化了工艺条件,并用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)以及高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)对产物进行了表征.实验结果表明:在硝基化合物与Fe粉的摩尔比为1∶7、反应温度为110℃、反应4 h的条件下得到的产物收率可达到85.54%,产物的熔点为123.3℃,纯度为97.4%.
4,4′-his ( 4 Fe powder, it was a -nitrophenoxy) diphenylether was reduced monomer diethylenetriamine of polyimide. to 4,4′-bis ( 4-aminophenoxy ) diphenylether by Factors including the molar ratio of nitro - compound and Fe powder, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated with the optimized process conditions and the characterized products by means of FT-IR, DSC and HPLC. The results indicat that the yield of production is 85.54% , it's melt point 123.3℃ and purity 97.4% , when the molar ratio of nitro compound and Fe powder is 1 : 7 and reaction temperature at 110℃ for 4 h.
