摘要
将国际上逐渐引起重视的衡量可持续发展的生物物理方法———生态足迹运用于扬中市生态城市建设实践.通过将生态足迹与生态承载力的比较分析,明确生态盈余度,并据此提出推进技术和制度创新、控制生态赤字、引导和调控生态盈余、提高生态承载力等生态城市建设的方针策略.通过对生态足迹评估概念、计算方法、主要实践应用等系统的介绍,为解决当前经济快速发展地区普遍面临的生态环境压力增大、可持续发展量化不足、生态建设针对性不强等问题提供理论和方法的探索.
The ecological footprint, the bio-physical evaluation method for sustainable development, was introduced to Yangzhong ecological urban construction. By analytical comparison between ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity the ecological margin degree was defined, then the ecological urban construction strategy, such as to promote technique and rules and regulations innovations, to contol ecological deficit, to conduct and regulate ecological margin, and to improve ecological carrying capacity, can be developed. Introducing ecological footprint evaluation concept and its calculation method, and main application fields systematicall may offer the solution reference for problems, which are ecological environment presure increace in rapid economic development area, unsufficient quantitafication of the sustainable development and not accuratlly to the light of ecological construction, both in theory research and in practice.
