季膦盐4-羧丁基三苯基溴化膦的合成 被引量:1

摘要 4-羧丁基三苯基溴化膦广泛用于立体选择性药物的合成.以三苯基膦和5-溴戊酸为原料在乙腈溶剂中合成了季膦盐4-羧丁基三苯基溴化膦(C23H24O2BrP),产品用红外光谱和核磁共振等分析方法验证,确认合成了4-羧丁基三苯基溴化膦,为进一步的Wittig反应奠定了基础. The ylide (4-carboxybutyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide, which was widely used in the synthesis of stereo selectivity drug, was synthesized from triphenylphosphine and 5-bromovaleric acid in the solution of acetonitrile. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR and ^1HNMR.
