高等职业教育运用现代信息技术实施教学、教务管理的研究与实践

Research into and practice of applying modern information technology to implementing teaching and management over teaching affairs in higher vocational education

随着高等职业技术教育的快速发展和办学规模的不断扩大,各项管理工作也日益繁重,其中教学、教务是高职学院管理工作的核心。因而建设具有可扩充性、可重用性、可靠性和可维护性的教学管理系统迫在眉睫。文章在分析高职学院教学管理系统的现状和存在问题的基础上,通过软件工程的方法进行教学管理的工作流程和系统需求分析,并对系统的具体设计逻辑进行分析与规划。

Higher vocational and technical education is developing rapidly, along with increasing expansion of school-running of higher vocational institutes and growing load of various management work. Among them, teaching and management over teaching affairs are the core of management at higher vocational institutes. It is a job with great demands on time, big work-load, high accuracy and an influence on overall work. Therefore, it is urgent to build a system of teaching management which is expected to meet the needs of teaching management, adapt to the change of demands,a system which is marked by the availability of expansion, repeated use, reliability and the availability of maintenance. Based on analyzing the status quo and existing problems in the teaching management system of higher vocational institutes, the article analyzes the work-process and system demands by way of software engineering, as well as analyzes and plans the concrete design logic of the system.
