摘要
喷气织机主辅喷嘴性能的好坏直接影响到织机气流引纬的质量,因此了解喷嘴气流场的压力情况十分必要。本测试系统集成了CYG1500微型压力传感器、INV306DF型数据采集仪以及DASP2005软件,可以实现气压信号的采集、分析、储存以及显示,并且通过实际测量表明测量系统的可行性。
The quality of is directly influenced by the performance of air-jet loom nozzle, so it is necessary to measure the pressure of air field which is formed by the nozzle. The hardware of CYG1500 micro pressure sensor, the DAQ equipment INV306DF and the software of DASP2005 are used in this system to achieve the acquisition, analysis, saving and display of the air-pressure signal, then the feasibility of this system is proved by field measurement.
