摘要
制止高校考试舞弊行为,加强思想教育,深化教学改革与考试改革是治本之策,从严管理考试是必要手段,制定考试法规是有力措施。
The root strategy to cease university test deception is to deepen the teaching and assessing reform, and to strenghen the ideological and political work. It is essential to strictly manage the test process and make releveant rules to make sure of lowest test de- ception.
