摘要
以数字化南昌市城市排水管网及排水设施资料为基础,建立南昌市城市暴雨积涝仿真模型,利用市区历史强降水分布资料,应用该模型再现南昌市城市强降水形成的积涝灾害演进进程。根据雨水的进出平衡原理,利用定点、定量、定时降水预报技术,建立南昌市城市积涝气象预报业务服务系统,实时监视和预报短时强降水造成的积水情况,并基于GIS软件平台,建立了业务服务系统。
Based on the data of the digital urban drains network and drainage facilities in Nanchang City,an urban simulated model related to stormwater stagnant floods is to be established.By making use of the historical data about distribution of heavy precipitation in Nanchang City,application of the model can restage the evolution process of stagnant floods disaster due to the heavy precipitation,According to the principle of balance between the rainwater’s input and output,and the application of the sentinel and quantitative and timing precipitation forecasting technology, an urban stagnant floods weather forecasting business service system is also to be built for the purpose of monitoring and forecasting the instant the stagnant water caused by short-term heavy precipitation. Based on the GIS- software platform , a business service system is to be established.
