在电信业务中应用预算分析能起到积极作用,通过模型识别、参数估计、模型诊断和预测使用ARIMA模型进行拟合和预测。实践表明,拟合效果很好,在理论上和实际中应用切实可行。

It is positive that we carry out budget analysis in telecom.We use ARIMA model to simulate and estimate data,including model recognition,parameters estimation,model diagnosing and forecasting.It turns out that the result is good,and it is really feasible not only in theory but also in application.
