茶叶中无机阴离子测试与标准的研究进展

Review on inorganic anion determinations and method standards for tea

在检索了1966年以来国内外关于无机阴离子分析方法研究文献和标准的基础上,对茶叶中无机阴离子及其测试与标准的研究现状进行了系统的介绍,对滴定法、比色法、离子选择电极法以及离子色谱法等主要分析方法进行了分析讨论,并对目前茶叶中无机阴离子的限量标准作了介绍和比较,最后展望了茶叶中无机阴离子测试与标准的研究趋势和前景。

According to those literatures and standards for inorganic anion determinations since 1966, researches of inorganic anions in tea, their corresponding determinations and standards were systematically introduced. Those major methods for inorganic anion determinations including titration, colorimetry, ion selective electrode method （ISE） and ion chromatography （IC） etc. were investigated and discussed, at the same time, limits for inorganic anion in tea were described and compared. At last, the research focuses and development trends of inorganic anion determinations for tea and those of their standards were proposed.
