摘要 采用抑制电导离子色谱法(IC)检测饮用水中的痕量溴酸盐。对样品中高浓度的干扰组分氯离子进行了处理,避免其对测定的影响。溴酸盐浓度在5 ng/mL~100 ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,方法的定量限为2 ng/mL(S/N=10),样品加标回收率大于91.6%.该方法经试验,成功地试用于各种饮用水中溴酸盐含量的测定。 Trace bromate in drinking water was determined by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detector. To reduce effect of high concentration interference component on analysis result, chloride was disposed. Those results show when the concentration of bromate is from 5 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml, linear relationship of this method is very well and its regression coefficient is 0.9999. Furthermore, quantitative limit of this method was 2 ng/mL when S/N was equal to 10, and recovery of it was lager than 91.6 %. After testing, it is proved that this method could be used to determine bromate content in any drinking water.
