摘要
利用数据仓库及其相关技术如联机分析处理、数据挖掘等,在庞杂的电信业务数据中分析潜在的、有用的关系和模式。通过建立电信经营分析支撑系统,有效地指导电信企业经营管理,达到降低运营成本、增加利润、扩大市场份额等目的。
By using data warehouse and its relevant technologies such as OLAP and data mining, we can analyze the potential and useful relations and modes in the massive telecom service data. The construction of BASS can effectively guide the operation and management of the telecom enterprises and reach the goal of reducing operation cost, increasing profit and enlarging market share.
