摘要
随着电子商务的深入发展,电子商务企业了解用户的访问模式显得非常重要。文章首先给出Web使用挖掘的定义和完整模型框架,然后对Web使用挖掘中主要步骤的最新研究进展状况做了详细的阐述和分析,其中包括:数据采集、数据预处理、模式发现、模式分析。最后介绍了Web使用挖掘在电子商务中的应用。
With the deep development of E-commerce, it is important for E-commerce enterprise to understand users" navigational patterns.Firstly, this paper presents the definition and full architecture of WUM. Secondly, many new advances in major steps of WUM are elaborated and analyzed, including data collection, data preprocessing, patterns discovering, patterns analysis, Finally, the applications of the web usage minging in the field of Ecommerce are introduced.
