A Synthesis Study on Regional Education Development Planning

制定区域教育发展规划,是树立和落实"科学发展观",促进教育均衡、全面、协调发展的必然要求,也是我国应对区域化发展趋势、应对学习型社会趋势、落实"人才强国"战略的重要举措,是各级政府和教育部门必须承担的重要任务。

Regional education development planning is a necessity in building up and carrying out “ Scientific Outlook Development” and driving balance, overall, and harmonious education development. It is also a significant measure responding to the trend of regional development, learning - pattern society, as well as an important measure to implement “Strategy of Strengthening China Through Human Resource Development”. It is a significant task which must be taken on by local govertlmcnts and education departments. Based on the studies of regional education development planning in these years, this paper aims to analyze concept, special leatures and significance of regional education development plangaing, and then some reflection is also made upon this issue.
