Restriction and Normalization of Police Power

近年来,随着警察权力的不断扩大,警察在执法活动中的违法违纪问题和腐败现象已日益突出,制约警察权力刻不容缓。可是,单纯地限制这种权力往往会极大削弱公安机关打击犯罪的能力和维护社会治安的水平,甚至连警察自己的安全也不能保障。因此,规范警察权力才是最有效的方式和最终的出路。

In recent years, with the increasing of police power, the actions of breaking law and regulation, and corruption are emerging. So it is urgent to restrict the power of police. However, nothing but restriction usually leads to weakening the capacity of the police against crime, the capacity of maintaining public order administration, even leads to insecurity of he polece. Therefore, to normalize the police power is the most effective and ultimate way out.
