摘要
基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。"文化意识"是综合语言运用能力的一个组成部分。因此,综合语言运用能力的形成离不开文化意识的培养,它是得体运用语言的保证。这就要求我们在中学英语教学中重视跨文化意识教育,有针对性地培养学生正确得体的跨文化交际能力,英语教学才不失其完整性。
The general target of English curriculum in the stage of basic education is to develop the students'comprehensive language application ability, of which the cultural awareness plays an active and indispensable part and ensures the appropriateness in the language practice. Thus, the complete and successful English teaching requires the great emphasis on the cross - cultural awareness education and the effective cultivation of appropriate cross - cultural communicative competence.
