试论云南省植物遗传资源保护的法律完善 被引量:2

The Perfection of Legal System on the Protection of Plant Genetic Resources in Yunnan Province

摘要 云南是我国乃至全世界植物资源最丰富的地区之一,但植物遗传资源现状却不容乐观,因此加强云南植物遗传资源的保护已迫在眉睫。文章分析了云南省植物遗传资源保护立法的现状和存在的问题,并提出对云南省植物遗传资源保护的法律制度完善的建议。 Yunnan is one of the areas in China as well as in the world that is rich in botanical resources. But specialists are not optimistic about their protection there. So it is urgent to protect the plant genetic resources in Yunnan. This paper presents the present situation and the problems in making laws to protect the plant genetic resources in Yunnan. For this, some proposals and suggestions are presented in the paper.
