摘要 通过测量湘钢炼钢厂80吨转炉终点钢水氧含量,回归得出转炉终点钢水氧含量主要取决于终点碳含量、钢水温度、终点锰含量和终渣氧化性,由此得出脱氧合金化时,脱氧量方程与脱氧剂加入量。 Oxygen content in final liquid steel of 80t converter of the Steel Plant, Xiangtang Iron & Steel Co. is measured. The results by regression method show that the oxygen content in final hquid steel of the converter mainly depends on final carbon content, temperature of liquid steel, final manganese content and oxidizability of final slag. It follows that deoxidation amount equation and deoxidizer adding amount during deoxidation alloyage.
