摘要
对尚庄矿-650水平中央变所围岩变形破坏机理进行了研究,认为减少围岩强度损失以及提高围岩自身强度是修复加固此类硐室的关键,提出了锚注喷+锚索挂网支护修复加固方案.用FLAC3D数值软件对支护模型进行变形模拟计算,计算表明,硐室的变形主要是硐室的严重底鼓,通过模拟结果对比分析,确定了合理的修复加固参数,通过监测,加固后顶底板最大位移为175 mm,计算结果与现场数据一致,支护效果良好.图8,参8.
The deformation and failure of surrounding rock,where is -650 m level center transformer substation in Shangzhuang Coal Mine, was studied,The decreasing loses and improving the strength of surrounding rock were the key methods to repair and reinforcement the chamber. The support of scheme of bolt-grout-cable-mesh and shotcrete support were proposed. The software FLAC3D was applied to simulate the supporting behavior. Tile results show that the severe floor heave brings large deformation. According the comparison of simulation results, the reasonable parameters of repair reinforcement are determined. The monitoring measures to the deformation are carried out,the date indicates that the Maximum displacement of roof and floor is 175 ram. The numerical results are consistent with field data,the bolt-grout-cable-mesh and shotcrete technique are reliable.
