基于耗氧量的煤自燃倾向性快速鉴定方法 被引量:14

The Method to Identify Rapidly the Tendency of Coal Self-ignite Based on Oxygen Consumption

摘要 为了能够更加科学快速地对煤的自燃倾向性进行鉴定和分类,对我国现行的煤自燃倾向性色谱吸氧鉴定法的不科学性进行了分析和评价,对煤低温氧化耗氧量与煤自燃倾向性之间的关系进行理论分析,得出在低温氧化过程中某一温度时煤每消耗1 mol氧量释放的热量大体相同,那么单位质量煤在某一温度段消耗氧量大,产生热量也就越多,该煤也就更容易自燃,其自燃倾向性也就越强.在此理论基础上提出了将一定煤样量置于静态的一定量空气中,并加热使其加速氧化,以此来测试煤的低温氧化耗氧量.研制了相应的测试装备,并对不同煤种、不同氧化时间和不同氧化温度的耗氧量进行了测试.最后,初步给出了基于耗氧量的煤自燃倾向性分类原则和方法.图3,表2,参11. In order to more scientifically identify and classify the tendency of spontaneous combustion of coal, the unscientific method of current standard, identifying tendency of coal to spontaneous combustion by oxygen absorption with chromatograph, was analyzed and appraised. And based on the study on the relation between oxygen consumption and tendency of coal self-ignite, it was founded that the heat almost equals when different coals oxidized with lmol air. The method of static test system about oxygen consumption of low-temperature oxidation of coal was put forward. Put coal sample in a static container with air, and heat the container to let the coal being oxidized, so the oxygen consumption was gained. The equipment was also designed and manufacture. Oxygen consumptions of different kind coals, with different temperature points and oxidation time were tested. At last, the tendency of spontaneous combustion of coal is classified roughly with oxygen consumption by static test.
