摘要
以Pro/E为工具,以齿轮温锻成形工艺为对象,建立了直齿锥齿轮温锻成形过程中的三维塑性有限元模型.在对温度场复杂边界条件做合理简化的基础上,通过合理设计单元类型,运用Deform-3D有限元软件分析了齿轮在温锻过程中的温度分布情况,得到了反映温度场变化的温度分布图.其结果对提高直齿锥齿轮的温锻成形精度和模具寿命具有一定的指导意义.图6,参10.
Warm forging is one of the advanced processes in the field of gear forming, The structure and performance of gear could be improved through this process. A three-dimensional finite element model of warm forging for a spur bevel gear was established using Pro/E. By properly simplifying the complicated boundary conditions and rationally designing the element types, the temperature fields in warm forging of spur bevel gear were calculated using the program Deform-3D and the temperature distribution was obtained. The temperature fields obtained by numerical simulation can be applied to predict the die life and the product accuracy.
