尿安合剂防治肛肠术后尿潴留的临床观察与实验研究

Clinical Observation and Experimental Studies for the Prevention of Urine Retention Due to Anus and Intestine Operation With Niaoan Mist

目的:探讨尿安合剂的临床疗效和作用机理。方法:150例患者随机分为3组,每组50例,治疗组术后服尿安合剂煎剂,对照组术后服六一散水溶液,空白组术后服生理盐水,观察各组患者术后小便解出情况;采用随机抽签分组法,分别观察尿安合剂作用于治疗组、对照组、空白组3组大鼠后的5 h尿量及用药前后尿道括约肌痉挛的缓解程度。结果:尿安合剂能明显使患者自动解出小便,增加小便排出量,对尿道括约肌有明显的解痉作用,其结果具有统计学意义。结论:尿安合剂是防治肛肠术后尿潴留的有效方剂。

Objective： To investigate clinical effect and effective mechanism of Niaoan mist. Methods： All 150 patients were divided into 3 groups with 50 cases each group, the patients of treatment group were treated with Niaoan mist, that of control group with Liuyi granules liquid, that of blank group with normal saline, their urine status were observed after operation. In rats＇ experimental studies, it was observed that the relieving extent of urethra sphincterismus before and after using drugs, five hours urinary volume. Resuits ： Niaoan mist could make the patients urination automatically with more nrinary volume, with obvious spasmolysis to sphincter urethrae. Conclusion： Niaoan mist is effective prescription to prevent and treat urine retention due to anus and intestine operation.
