摘要
目的:测定沉香叶中黄酮类化合物主要成分芫花素的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定沉香叶中芫花素的含量,色谱条件为:Alltima C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:水=85:15,二级管阵列检测器波长扫描范围200-200nm,确定337 nm为检测波长,流速:1.0 ml/min,柱温:25℃,进样量10μl。结果:测得沉香叶中芫花素含量为:0.147%(n=6),RSD%=2.72%,平均回收率95.37%,RSD%=1.28%。结论:本法简便,准确,可用于沉香叶中芫花素的含量测定。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of genkwanin in the leaves of Aquilaria sinesis(Lour. ) Gilg. Methods: The Alltima C18 (5 μm, 4.6 mm × 250 mm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -water ( 85 : 15 ). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 337 nm. Results : The content of genkwanin in the leaves of Aquilaria. Sinensis (Lour.) Gilg was 0. 147% ( n = 6), RSD% = 2.72%. The recovery rate was 95.37% (n = 6), RSD% = 1. 28%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, can be used to control the content of genkwanin in the leaves ofAquilaria sinensis ( Lour. ) Gilg.
