HPLC法测定沉香叶中芫花素含量研究

Determination of Genkwanin in the Leaves of Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.) Gilg With HPLC

目的：测定沉香叶中黄酮类化合物主要成分芫花素的含量。方法：采用HPLC法测定沉香叶中芫花素的含量,色谱条件为：Alltima C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇：水=85：15,二级管阵列检测器波长扫描范围200-200nm,确定337 nm为检测波长,流速：1.0 ml/min,柱温：25℃,进样量10μl。结果：测得沉香叶中芫花素含量为：0.147%（n=6）,RSD%=2.72%,平均回收率95.37%,RSD%=1.28%。结论：本法简便,准确,可用于沉香叶中芫花素的含量测定。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of genkwanin in the leaves of Aquilaria sinesis（Lour. ） Gilg. Methods： The Alltima C18 （5 μm, 4.6 mm × 250 mm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -water （ 85 ： 15 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 337 nm. Results ： The content of genkwanin in the leaves of Aquilaria. Sinensis （Lour.） Gilg was 0. 147% （ n = 6）, RSD% = 2.72%. The recovery rate was 95.37% （n = 6）, RSD% = 1. 28%. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, can be used to control the content of genkwanin in the leaves ofAquilaria sinensis （ Lour. ） Gilg.
