双黄消炎胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定

Determination of Breberin Hydrochloride In Shuanghuangxiaoyan Capsule

目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定双黄消炎胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法：采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水（50：20：30）（含0.05 mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠及0.037 mol/L酒石酸）;检测波长为346 nm。结果：盐酸小檗碱在0.088-0.88μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为98.13%,RSD%=2.39%。结论：该方法操作简单、准确,且重复性好,可用于双黄消炎胶囊的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish a RP - HPLC method for determination of the content of berberin hydrochloride in Shuanghuangxiaoyan capsule. Methods： The chromatographic conditions consisted of an C18column with methanol- acetonitrile -water（50 ： 20 ： 30） ,containing 0.05mol/L Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and 0.037mol/L tartaric acid） ） as mobile phase at 346 nm of detection wavelength. Results： Berbefin hydrochloride showed a linear correlation between 0.088 - 0.88μg（ r = 0.9998）, the average recovery was 98. 13%, RSD% = 2.39%. Conclusion： The method is very simple, accurate with good reproducibility, so it can be used for quality control of Shuanghuangxiaoyan capsule.
