摩托车车架主管是摩托车的主要承载构件,设计时要进行可靠的强度计算。由于焊接影响区微裂纹的存在,对其强度分析和寿命估算的传统方法有时与实际情况相差较大,而基于断裂理论的强度分析和寿命估算方法则更为可靠。
The tubular backbone is the main loading member of motorcycle frame, which needs reliable strength calculation when designing. Due to microflaw presence in the area affected by welding, there is a greater difference between the actural strength analysis and life evaluation and these done by the traditional method. It seems that the analysis and evaluation made based on fracture theory are much more acceptable.
