摘要
在现代社会中,随着商品经济的飞速发展,广告已渗透到人们生活的各个领域。广告英语作为语言艺术和商业推销的有机结合体,已逐渐发展为一种重要的应用文体。广告英语作为一种应用语言,在词汇方面有别于一般英语文体。文章从广告的定义和目标出发,结合一些典型的广告实例,具体分析广告英语的词汇特征。
In modern society, with the rapid development of commodity economy, advertising has been permeating into all fields of people's life. As the combination of distinctive linguistic characteristics and business sales, advertising English has been gradually developed into an applied style. Advertising English differs from general English. This paper analyzes the lexical characteristics of advertising English through some typical examples of advertising from the perspectives of the definition and targets of advertising.
