高校教育科研是提高高校教学质量、培养高质量人才的基础,也是促进高校科学化管理、提高工作效率的重要手段。文章阐述了高等教育研究机构在高等教育中的职能作用,分析了我校高教研究机构的现状及存在的问题,最后提出了让高教研究机构求得发展和摆脱困境的措施和对策。

Higher education research is the basic of improving the educational quality and cultivating person with ability, it is also the key means to advancing the management of higher education and improving work efficiency. This paper expounds the function of the higher education research organization in the reform and development of higher education. Analyze the present situation and existing problems, propose the steps and measures to be extricated from predicament and for further development.
