温商“信用观”的潜规则解读

潜规则一直是一个被讳莫如深的词汇,但却是对温商内部默认游戏规则的极好概括。本文所提的"潜规则"是一种群体内部相对于显规则的隐性知识,从哈耶克的知识观来看,它应当是温商成就经营传奇的关键内在因素。本文采取还原情境的建构研究方法,挖掘在温商思维中关于"信用"的潜规则。

The implicit rules have always been a closely guarded secret, but it is an excellent summary about the internal game rules, which are tacitly accepted by Wenzhou businessmen. The above-mentioned rules are discussed as a kind of hidden knowledge. From the view of Hayek, it should be the key intrinsic factor of the Wenzhou businessmen＇s legendary achievements. To excavate the hidden rules about the credit view in Wenzhou businessmen＇s thoughts, this paper adopts a research method, called returning to the original state.
