不同鞣制方法对皮革介电性能的影响 被引量:2

The Study of Different Tanning Technology to Leathers’ Dielectric Property

摘要 本文针对铬鞣牛皮革,植鞣牛皮革,醛鞣猪皮革三种不同加工方法的皮革,利用高频Q表测量试样的电容量,计算出了皮革材料的介电常数ε、介质损耗角正切tanδ,研究了不同鞣制方法对皮革介电性能的影响。实验发现不同的鞣制方法对皮革的介电性能有比较大的影响;在相同频率下铬鞣牛皮革的介电常数ε比较大,植鞣牛皮革的介电常数ε则比较小,对实验规律利用色散理论进行了解释。 This text's aiming at chrome tanning calf skin, vegetable tannin calf skin, aldehyde tanning pigskin three kinds of different tanning technology leathers, making use of the high frequency meter to test the capacitor of the tries kind, and calculated out the dielectric constant ε, tangent of dielectric lose angle tan δ. In the test the dielectric property of the different tanning technology is studied. Through the experiment data, can find out that, dielectric property is influenced by different tanning technology largely. Thereinto, the property of chrome tanning calf skin is better, the property of vegetable tannin calf skin is worse.
