超广谱β-内酰胺酶研究进展 被引量：23

摘要 目前,超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的种类已超过200种,有30多个国家发表了对ESBLs的研究报道,反映了产ESBLs菌株呈世界范围流行,因此控制产ESBLs菌株感染的意义也日益重大,有效的感染控制可以降低病死率。现将近年来有关ESBLs的分类、产ESBLs菌感染的危险因素以及医院内感染的控制等方面的研究进展作一综述。
