888株下呼吸道感染患者革兰阴性杆菌耐药性监测 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解从下呼吸道感染患者标本中分离的革兰阴性杆菌耐药状况。方法2006年1月至12月从下呼吸道感染患者标本中分离革兰阴性杆菌888株,排除同一患者的重复菌株,按统一方案用K-B法进行药敏试验,按美国临床实验室标准化委员会2005年标准判读结果。结果铜绿假单胞菌对头孢噻肟的敏感率仅为10.7%,对头孢吡肟的敏感率最高(75.5%),对亚胺培南的敏感率为52.9%;鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢噻肟的敏感率仅为2.7%,对亚胺培南的敏感率最高(91.7%);克雷伯菌属对头孢噻肟和氨曲南的敏感率低,分别为36.6%、44.1%,对亚胺培南的敏感率为100.0%;大肠埃希菌对环丙沙星、庆大霉素、头孢噻肟敏感率低,分别为25.7%、31.7%、36.6%,对亚胺培南的敏感率为100.0%。结论近年来革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性呈上升趋势,应根据药敏试验结果合理用药。
