摘要
在分析涡旋压缩机工作原理的基础上,对涡盘参数化建模技术进行了研究,建立了基于排气量的涡盘设计参数化方程。在UG软件环境下利用参数化建模技术完成了涡盘实体模型,模型完全满足参数化设计的要求,为涡盘系列化设计提供了条件。
Based on the introduction of the scroll parametric modeling and the scroll parametric equation of air displacement, it analyzes the working principle and characteristic of scroll compressor, builds the scroll solid model in UG software. The application shows that the model satisfies the parametric design requirements and facilities the scroll serialization design.
