摘要
首先根据MES系统的结构分析了物料追溯的功能,在此基础上进行了物料追溯的设计,包括载体设计、装配档案的建立过程等。采用条码作为物料追溯的载体并进行了详细设计。其次设计了装配档案建立的业务操作流程,说明了具体的实现原理。最后结合某汽车公司总装厂的项目进一步说明了MES系统物料追溯的具体应用。
According to the structure of MES, it analyzes the functions of tracing material, designs the tracing material which includes carrier design and assembly archive creation process etc. on the basis of the functions. It uses the bar code as carrier of tracing material, describes the business operating procedure of assembly archive creation, introduces the concretely realizable principle. The concrete application of tracing material of MES is further demonstrated in the project of an auto company.
