摘要
对如何方便高效应用CAD/CAM软件平台进行了研究,着重对不同类型零件数控编程时简化加工图形的应用方法进行了探讨。研究表明,通过对不同类型、不同形状的零件采用不同的简化加工图形进行编程,不仅可以优化加工的轨迹,节省加工代码的生成时间,而且可以提高零件的加工质量。
It describes how to realize efficient application of CAD/CAM software platform, discusses the different type components numerical control programming with the processing graph method. Research shows that these flexible methods for NC programming can not only optimize the tool paths, save computation time, but also improve the quality of spare parts.
