摘要
基于啮合原理和坐标变换理论,求解出误差状态下的齿轮啮合位置。在齿轮接触应力的计算中,有限元方法有着快速准确的优点。利用通用有限元程序ANSYS分别从静态接触和动态接触两个方面,计算了在啮合误差状态下齿轮接触应力的分布情况,从而验证了ANSYS在啮合误差状态下齿轮接触应力分析的有效性。
According to the meshing theory and coordinate transformation, it describes the responds of meshing point on the condition of error meshing, uses finite element method and Ansys system to calculate the static and dynamic contact performance of the involutes gear. Based on the results, it discusses the contact stress distributing characteristics in fixing error and manufacture error in details, verifies the Ansys's effectiveness of gear contact analysis.
