摘要
分析了电热法测液体比热容实验中误差的主要来源，介绍了一种适用于量热器系统，无论在密闭还是开放条件下。
Main errors in the experiment measuring specific heat of liquids by electrocaloric method are analysed and a new method is introduced. In which specific heat is calculated by using the relationship between liquid temperature and time of heating.
