摘要
根据马钢CSP短流程生产线的特点和汽车大梁板的性能要求,通过设计合理的成份,优化生产工艺,开发出了省去微合金元素的汽车大梁板M510L。分析表明,该产品具有优异的韧性和成形性能,完全满足汽车车箱纵梁、横梁的冲压和装配要求。
Based on the Magang CSP process and the property of beam steel plate for automobile,by designing reasonable composition and optimizing production process,M510L hot roiled plates for automobile frames without micro-alloy elements were developed.It was shown that the hot roiled plates had good toughness and formability. The properties of the plates satisfy the requirements of punching and assembling of the vertical and transverse beam of truck.
