摘要
介绍美国SPX Contech公司应用计算机仿真技术,模拟挤压铸造过程,优化挤压铸造的参数,它包括更小金属的紊流,更少气体进入,体积收缩更少,因此气孔会更少。用挤压铸造P 2000的实例,从几个方面叙述流道和浇口设计,铸件和流道在模具中的排布,挤压销的应用,高导热的镶件,冷却、加热系统,喷涂和润滑的技巧,通过零件的应力计算预测应力释放后零件变形。
This paper introduces the method, which SPX Contech company USA used to simulation Squeeze Casting Process and optimize the parameters for squeeze casting by computer, it includes lower metal turbulence, less gas entrapment, minimum volumetric shrinkage, and thus less porosity. This examples using P 2000 techniques to improve part quality in the following areas, runner & gate design,cooling & runner layout in the die, squeeze pin application, high thermal conductivity inserts, cooling/heating systems, spray & lubricant techniques, and part stress calculation form shrinkage or displacement prediction after stress relief.
