摘要 报道了籼型优质米新不育系金23A与繁殖、制种有关的一些基本特性,并对金23A繁殖、制种高产技术进行了系统地阐述. Jin 23A is a newly-developed CMS line with the characteristics of good plant type, strong tillering ability, stable and high sterility, good combining ability and fine grain quality. It belongs to medium-maturing early rice with strong response to temperature. Seeded at Changde of Hanan in spring, it has the duration and effective accumulated temperature (EAT) from sowing to inital heading of 62- 74 days and 698- 763℃ , the main culm of 11 -11.6 leaves, the panicle-beating tiller percentage of 72.5%. It heads evenly with 4 M 5 days from initial to full heading stage, 6 - 7 days from indtial to full blooming. In the early-summer season seed prodtion, its anthesis time is early with 69.13% spikelets blooming before noon, and after GA3 spraying, the stigma exsertion rate and the exsertion rate of both stigmas are 91.22% and 80.45% respectively , the seed set more than 50%. Acoording to the chamctersitics of Jin 23A , it is required that the productive panicles should be up to 3 mil/ha, spikelets up to 300 mil.]ha in the seed production and if the supply of pollens sufficient, the seed yield may be over 3.75t/ha.
