摘要
测定了13个杂交稻组合、亲本和3个常规精种上种传真菌的种类及数量,进行了种子带菌部位及病菌系统修染的观察,阐明了稻种带菌率与发芽率之间的关系,并筛进出了几种有效的稻种真菌消毒剂.
Seed samples of 13 hybrid and 3 conventional rice varieties from Hejiasan Farm, Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Changsha County, Loudi and Chenzhou prefectures, Anren County were examined for species and populations of secdborn fungi. The results showed that all seed samples were infected by fungi with the infection rate of 57.00%- 97. 00%. Alternaria padwickii was the most important fungus (53 % -92 % ). The other fnngi.found were Tilletia barclayana (3 % - 60%) ,Helminthosporium oryzae (4%-10%),Fusarium spp. (1%-7%),Curvularia spp. (2%-10%) and Alternaria spp. (2%-6%). Both embryo and endosperm of the tested hybrid rice seeds were infested by fungi. No correlation was obtained between seed infection and seed germination. Seeds were treated with cupric hydroxide, mancozeb, TCCA, 40% Carbendazin-sulphur mixture, 45%Tecto, 50% Procymidone. 50% Metalaxl-coppermixture, 25% Previcur N and Zhongjunling. It was found that Zhongjunling was the best to control fungi. After Seeds were traeated by Zhongjunling. no Alternavia padwickii was isolated any more.
