祛腐生肌散治疗慢性骨髓炎的实验研究

Experimental Study of Chronic Osteomyelitis Treated with the Powder Removing Putrefaction and Promoting Tissue Generation

目的：观察祛腐生肌散对大鼠建立骨髓炎相关模型的治疗作用，通过X线及组织形态学观察消炎抑菌等实验。结果：祛腐生肌散对骨及软组织有明显的修复作用，抑菌作用优于对照组。结论：该药对骨髓炎有抗炎和吸收坏死组织及修复作用，是一种治疗骨髓炎安全有效的药物。

Purpose： observe the curative effect of the Powder Removing Putrefaction and Promoting Tissue Generation （hereinafter called the ＂Powder＂） on the osteomyelitis modeled on the rats and observe the experiments of inflammation relieving and bacteriostasis etc by means of X-ray and histomorphology. Result： The Powder has the obvious effect of bone and soft tissues reparation and its bacteriostasis is better than the contrast group. Conclusion： This Powder has the roles of anti-inflammation, absorbing necrotic tissues and reparation. It is a safe and effective cure of osteomyelitis.
