摘要
该文阐述南水北调中线工程河北段准备工作,包括主体工程开工前的各项准备、配套工程规划设计、建设资金筹措、工程建设管理机制研究与机构筹建以及宣传工作,等等。积极迎接中线工程2003年开工建设。
The article has summed up the preparatory work in Hebei section of the middle route project of the South- North Water Transfer, including the work for the principal part of the project, the plan and design of the accessory project, the study on construction management mechanism and the setting up of related organizations, in order to initiate the construction of the project in 2003.
