摘要
该文分析西北的矿产资源优势和水资源劣势,以及西北矿产资源开发与水资源保护之间的尖锐矛盾。并从区域地理、环境容量和可持续发展的角度出发,提出了西北矿业开发与水资源保护的对策,指出了西北矿业开发与水资源保护中亟待攻关的若干关键问题。
Based on data, this paper analyzed the predominance in mineral resource and inferiority in water resource in northwest China. Based on facts, this paper analyzed the sharp contradictory between the mining development and water protection in northwest China. From the viewpoints of regional geographic, environment capacity, scientific and technological innovation and sustainable development theory, four strategies for the balance of mining development and water protection in northwest China are presented. Besides, the possible routes and some related key issues for urgent solution are pointed out.
