灯银脑通滴丸的制剂工艺研究

Study of the optimum for Dengyin Naotong Dropping Pills

目的研究灯银脑通滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法采用正交试验法,从基质、冷却剂的种类、提取物与基质的用量配比等方面进行考察。结果聚乙二醇-6000,冷却温度10℃时,灯银脑通滴丸质量最好。结论证明此工艺是可行的。

Objective： To establish the optimum preparation process for Dengyin Naotong Dropping Pills. Methods： The preparation conditions, such as the different kinds of primary substance, cooling agent, the proportion between the extracts and primary substanee, etc. , were studied with L9 （ 3^4 ） orthogonal design. Results： Under the conditions of using polyglycol-6000, and processing temperature at 10℃, the quality of Dengyin Naotong Dropping Pills is good. Conclusion： This nrocess is feasible.
