摘要
目的研究灯银脑通滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法采用正交试验法,从基质、冷却剂的种类、提取物与基质的用量配比等方面进行考察。结果聚乙二醇-6000,冷却温度10℃时,灯银脑通滴丸质量最好。结论证明此工艺是可行的。
Objective: To establish the optimum preparation process for Dengyin Naotong Dropping Pills. Methods: The preparation conditions, such as the different kinds of primary substance, cooling agent, the proportion between the extracts and primary substanee, etc. , were studied with L9 ( 3^4 ) orthogonal design. Results: Under the conditions of using polyglycol-6000, and processing temperature at 10℃, the quality of Dengyin Naotong Dropping Pills is good. Conclusion: This nrocess is feasible.
