双J导管在上尿路手术中的应用

Application of double J tubes to the upper-urinary surgery

目的探讨双J导管在上尿路手术中的应用。方法采用双J导管作内支架和内引流治疗肾盂、输尿管连接部狭窄成形术，多发性肾结石取石术，体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）等手术病人386例。结果所有病例手术置管顺利，术后14-49天拔除导管，无1例漏尿及感染。结论双J导管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用，并发症少，缩短了住院时间，使用安全，疗效可靠。

Objective： To study the application of the double J tubes to the upper-urinary surgery. Methods： 386 cases were treated by the double J tubes as inner-stent and inner-elieitation because of the stricture at the pontes of ureter and pyelo, poly-kidney stone, ESWL and so on. Results： The tubeswere tubes in all the patients successfully and drawn out 14 - 49 days later, none of them was infected or had urine leak. Conclusion： Double J tubes have double functions of inner-stent and inner-elieitation with few complication and short days of hospitalization, which can be used safely and have reliable curative effect.
