摘要
从硫酸装置硫腐蚀诱发机理、影响因素方面分析,对系统的物料危险特性、工艺过程及硫酸装置存在的硫腐蚀危险危害性进行全面分析,并提出安全控制对策措施,旨在提高该装置系统可靠性、操作和管理水平,实现安全稳定生产。
Hazardous characteristics of materials,process flow and sulfur corrosion hazard in sulfuric acid unit are fully analyzed from aspects of induction mechanism and influential factors of sulfur corrosion,and control countermeasures are put forward to improve the reliability and the operation and management level of the unit for a safe and stable operation.
