2004～2005赛季国家女子冬季两项队运动员身体机能变化规律的研究

Research of the Physical Enginery Change Characteristic of National Women Biathlon Team in 2004-2005 Season

采用便携式干式生化分析仪对国家女子冬季两项运动员2004～2005年度比赛期间进行了系统地测试研究，结果表明：运动员身体整体机能状态较好，对比赛强度基本适应，但是对比赛适应较慢，身体机能状态提高期时间较短，建议缩短运动员对比赛从完全不适应到适应的时间，并尽量延长身体机能提高期的时间，以争取更多的好成绩，为今后更好备战冬季奥运会服务。

The physical enginery of national women biathlon team in 2004 - 2005 season has been systematically analyzed by the portable biochemical analyzer. The results show that their whole physical enginery is well to adapt the general competition intension, but the adaption is slow and the duration time to advance their physical enginery is short. The article suggests to shorten the time from little adaption to adaption for them to get better result in preparing the Olympic winter games by prolonging the duration time advancing their physical enginery.
