轮滑的直道后滑对比教学法

摘要 大学公共体育课教学中能够学习轮滑后滑的学生并不多,但如何教授学生后滑却是不能回避的问题。参考专业书籍对直道前滑和后滑动作方法的描述,并结合自己的教学实践,运用对比的方法总结出"后滑的方法与前滑基本相同"的结论,引导学生将已掌握的轮滑前滑基本知识和技能运用到学习后滑过程中,在课堂上通过对比前滑和后滑过程中的侧蹬、收腿、摆动脚着地几个阶段摆动脚和支撑脚之间的位置关系和形态,让学生明白在初学后滑时除注意要将身体重心放在侧蹬脚的侧后方外,重点掌握摆动脚和支撑脚之间的"内八字→外八字→内八字"这样一个基本形态变化过程,为轮滑教学提供参考。 The backward skating technique is not very popular in the teaching of physical education in university, but it's a unavoidable problem how to teach the undergraduates to master the backward skating. Referring to the description about backward skating and forward skating method in some special books with the practical experience, the article thinks that "fundamental skills for backward and forward skating are almost the same". The beginner is recommended to learn backward skating by using the skill they learned from forward skating. The beginner can understand the backward skating technique by contrasting the relationship of position and gesture between support 'leg and another leg in various push actions, thekey skill in backward skating is to learn the basic change process of " upside -down V mode '→ V mode→ upside -down V mode" and notice the body gravity should be the side -back from the push foot.
