摘要
大红山铁精矿矿浆输送管道工程,是由美国管道系统工程公司(PSI)与昆明有色冶金设计研究院联合设计并参与建设的创国内一流、国际先进的云南省重点工程项目。该管道工程输送铁精矿的规模为230万t/a,具有输送距离长、扬程大、压力高、线路复杂、泵站数量多的特点。项目的建成投产,标志着我国精矿输送的工艺和装备水平达到了一个新的高度,将产生巨大的经济、社会和环境效益。笔者结合具体工程实践,阐述了该工程项目设计过程中的工艺参数、构成、特点、泵站设置、管道选用标准等情况,可供类似工程借鉴、参考。
Fe -concentrate pulp transportation pipeline used in Dahongshan Mine is one of the key projects of Yunnan Province, which adopts the first -class domestic technology and advanced international technical process and has been jointly designed and built by several parties, Kunming Engineering & Research Institute of Non -ferrous Metallurgy is one of them. The capacity of this pipeline project reaches 2. 3mil. t/a with the characteristcs of long transport distance, high lift head and delivery pressure, pressure, complicated lines and many pump stations. The commissioning of the project indicates that the technical process and equipment used in China' s metallurgical underground mine has been up to a higher and newer level and would bring about greater economic, social and environmental efficiency. The author, in combination with his specific engineering practices, describes the technical and process parameters, compositions and pipe selecting criterion, etc. and special features of the project, for reference by similar projects.
