摘要 经推导给出了用哈特曼-夏克法标定平面光束的基本原理及其方法,并根据该原理作了标定平面光束的实验。如果哈特曼-夏克系统相邻子孔径在焦面的投影中心间距(焦斑点阵间距)与原标定的理想中心间距相比放大,入射光束为发散束;如焦斑点阵间距缩小,入射光束为聚焦束。该方法具有原理简单,操作方便的优点。 The basic principle and method making use of Hartmann shack method to calibrate plane beam is derived in this paper.Some experiments are also done to calibrate input beam.The input beam going through the subapertures of Hartmann system projects on the focal plane to form light spots.If the average value of space between the projecting neighbouring light spot centres is larger than the ideal plane beam case, the calibrated beam is divergent; in the smaller case, the calibrated beam is convergent.This calibration method has the advantage of simple principle and convenient operation.
